anger is easy
after so much
only you know

keeping, feeding
a fountain of seethe
back into itself

it's so easy
being in circles
i forget

the days my body decides
to warp and rearrange
from its central curve
into the new shape
my brain has no choice
but to inhabit, as pilot;
who moves the new form
through this home space

these days
are not good days
yet they are days

full of acceptance
or to pay the price
resistance exacts:
   further gains
through the intensity
further change requires

or better, the softer
choice for a while:
to pause and allow
discoveries to map
slowly in new shapes
inside where moving
breath begins
to intertwine
into my new me
